Clemson football and coach Dabo Swinney gained their first commitment for the 2027 recruiting class from four-star linebacker Max Brown, a 6-foot-1, 214-pound player from Jefferson High School in Georgia, ranked No. 35 in the state by 247Sports Composite. Brown, who recorded 152 tackles, 14 for loss, and two sacks last season, is the younger brother of Sammy Brown, Clemson’s top prospect for 2024. This commitment is significant for linebackers coach Ben Bouleware, marking his first recruit since his promotion to the position.
