James Litman, a standout pitching prospect from West Boca Raton High School, chose to play college baseball at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) due to its proximity to home and his longstanding admiration for the program. Now a freshman, he has quickly established himself in FAU’s weekend rotation, boasting a 3-2 record with a 4.93 ERA and 41 strikeouts over 45 2/3 innings, helping the Owls remain competitive in the American Athletic Conference. With strong support from pitching coach Jordan Tabakman and a focus on teamwork amid injuries, Litman is optimistic about the team’s prospects in the upcoming conference tournament.
