The Denver Broncos made headlines on the NFL transaction wire by signing long snapper Zach Triner and securing a roster exemption for tight end Thomas Yassmin ahead of the 2025 NFL draft. Yassmin, designated as the team’s International Player Pathway Program participant for the second consecutive year, will not count against the 90-man offseason roster and previously spent his rookie season on the practice squad. As an international player, he allows the Broncos to expand their practice squad limit to 17 if he makes the squad again in 2025.
