ANZ Reduces Home Loan Rates Following OCR Cut
ANZ has lowered all fixed home loan rates in response to the Reserve Bank’s recent cut of the Official Cash Rate (OCR). Notably, the 18-month fixed rate special has been reduced by 10 basis points to 4.89%, marking its lowest since April 2022, while the largest cut was 20 basis points for the six-month special and standard terms, which are now at 5.29% and 5.89%, respectively. Additionally, ANZ has also decreased the standard four and five-year home loan rates, along with the special three-year term, by 20 basis points each.
