Auckland criminal lawyer Jason Yang has been suspended after providing misleading statements to police regarding the abduction and torture of his nightclub employee by gang members. The incident occurred in May 2023, following the employee’s inappropriate interaction with a woman linked to a Head Hunters gang member.
