The San Francisco 49ers have signed Mykel Williams, their first-round pick from the 2023 draft, who was selected as the No. 11 overall pick. Williams, a defensive end from Georgia, earned second-team All-SEC honors in both 2023 and 2024, tallying 5.0 sacks and 8.5 tackles for loss in 2024, and he previously won the CFP National Championship with the Bulldogs. With this signing, nine of the 11 players from the 49ers’ draft class are now under contract, leaving only second-round defensive tackle Alfred Collins and fourth-round defensive tackle CJ West unsigned.
