30 Peace Corps Trainees were sworn in to serve as Economic Empowerment and Community Health HIV/AIDS Volunteers in Namibia, completing 12 weeks of Pre-Service Training in Okahandja. The Trainees engaged in hands-on learning experiences, technical training, and cultural sessions to prepare for their two-year service. The U.S.-Namibia partnership, including the Peace Corps, aims to address economic empowerment and health care challenges in rural and urban areas throughout the country.
