Teak Construction and Quattro Owners Dispute over Repair Costs
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Teak Construction has initiated legal action against the owners of Auckland’s Quattro apartments, claiming unpaid sums after halting work on the 64-unit building in 2022 due to non-payment. The disputed amount, estimated between $3 million and $4 million, pertains to remedial repairs at 444 Great North Rd, Grey Lynn. Quattro’s body corporate chairman, John Dragicevich, contests the claim, asserting that they are seeking funds from Teak instead. Teak’s managing director, Wayne Birchall, confirmed the proceedings filed in the High Court in Auckland.
