Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior has arrested four citizens on espionage charges for allegedly spying for Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, including gathering sensitive location data. A fifth suspect is abroad. Additionally, six individuals were detained for posting videos that praised Iranian attacks, which the government claims misled the public and incited fear. These actions follow increased security tensions after Iranian strikes targeted the US Fifth Fleet in Manama on February 28.
