The stoat, named Tina, is the mascot for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, along with her brother Milo, the Paralympic mascot. Designed by students from Istituto Comprensivo of Taverna, they embody the vibrant Italian spirit and are accompanied by six snowdrop flowers called “The Flo.” Tina represents resilience and environmental protection, while Milo, born without one paw, symbolizes determination. The mascots were chosen from over 1,600 entries, reflecting themes of hope and resilience in nature.
