The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) has signed a cooperation agreement with Visa to establish a modern digital payment system aimed at enhancing the country’s financial infrastructure. CBS Governor Abdulkader Husrieh highlighted the importance of this partnership for economic transparency and modernization.
