Abdel-Aty emphasized that the mission should focus on peacekeeping, respecting Palestinian rights, and be practically implementable. Both ministers agreed on the importance of joint efforts to support the Gaza ceasefire and prepare for the next phase of negotiations. Abdel-Aty also expressed Egypt’s intention to host the High-Level Strategic Council soon, aiming to boost trade with Turkey to $15 billion.
