UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed serious concern over the Houthis’ ongoing accusations against UN personnel in Yemen, calling them “dangerous and unacceptable,” and reaffirmed his support for humanitarian workers. He urged the immediate release of detained UN and NGO personnel and demanded the return of seized UN assets, following claims by the Houthis of UN bias and espionage.
