Syria’s Defense Ministry accused the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) of attacking villages in eastern Aleppo, firmly denying claims of Syrian army involvement. The ministry criticized the SDF for targeting civilians and vowed to protect Syrians, while linking the SDF to the YPG group, as a new transitional administration under President Ahmad al-Sharaa was formed following Bashar al-Assad’s departure.
