As Israel seizes aid ship, campaign group vows relentless efforts to break Gaza siege – Middle East Monitor

A campaign group, the International Committee for Breaking the Siege (ICBSG), vowed to continue delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza despite Israel intercepting their aid ship, the Madleen, in international waters. The ship, carrying essential supplies, was boarded by Israeli forces and towed to Ashdod, with activists facing deportation. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese called for more aid ships to challenge the blockade, emphasizing the moral imperative to assist Gaza’s 2.3 million residents amid warnings of famine as Israel maintains closed borders since March.
