The report highlights their exploitation of regulatory systems, opaque funding sources, and the misuse of anti-discrimination laws, raising serious legal and political concerns, especially in light of the International Court of Justice’s 2024 opinion on Israel’s occupation. It calls attention to the repression of pro-Palestinian voices and the complicity of British institutions, emphasizing the urgent need for transparency and accountability.
