The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, also known as the Houthis, announced a military operation targeting Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport in Lod and another site in Yaffa using a hypersonic ballistic missile and a drone, in support of Palestinians amid the Gaza conflict. Houthi spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated that the missile successfully hit its target, causing disruptions at the airport and warning airlines to cease flights to Israel until aggression against Gaza stops. The Houthi forces emphasized that their operations and bans on Israeli maritime passage will continue until the blockade on Gaza is lifted.
