Chinese National Returned to Delhi from Kashmir

A 29-year-old Chinese national was deported to New Delhi after being interrogated for violating visa regulations during his visit to Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Arriving on a tourist visa that restricted travel to specific destinations, he failed to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office after flying to Leh. He traveled to various locations in Ladakh and Kashmir, including a Budgam homestay, before authorities intervened. His phone was seized but returned following the investigation.
