Dr. Umar un Nabi, the suicide bomber behind the Nov 10 Delhi car blast, met a Syrian terror operative in Turkiye in 2022, directed by their handler Ukasha. Along with co-accused Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganai and Dr. Muzzafar Rather, they were allegedly involved in a broader terror plot orchestrated by Jaish. The NIA arrested several individuals linked to the conspiracy, revealing a network of radicalized doctors and plans for pan-India attacks. Umar’s return to India led to the formation of a terror module that was preparing explosives for future attacks.
