Bombay HC to Cognizant: You cannot use your logo in India until …

The Bombay High Court has reinstated a ban preventing Cognizant from using its logo in India pending the outcome of a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Atyati Technologies, which claims similarities between their logos could mislead the public. Cognizant intends to challenge the ruling while also facing various legal disputes, including allegations from Infosys regarding misuse of software trade secrets.
