Heavy rains in Delhi resulted in three fatalities within 12 hours, including two boys killed by a collapsing wall in Vasant Vihar and a man who died when a tree fell on his motorcycle in Kalkaji. AAP leader Atishi demanded the resignation of Delhi’s PWD minister, attributing the deaths to inadequate monsoon preparations by the ruling BJP government.
