NEW DELHI: The NIA has arrested Rizwan Ali, the 11th conspirator in the ISIS Pune sleeper module case, from Lucknow, who was wanted for his role in promoting ISIS activities, including reconnaissance for terrorist hideouts and training in explosives. With a Rs 3 lakh bounty on his capture, he joins ten others already arrested as the NIA continues its investigation against the ISIS conspiracy to instigate violence in India.
