The Indian Army has clarified that the ceasefire understanding with Pakistan does not have an expiry date, emphasizing that its continuation is contingent upon Pakistan’s behavior. This statement follows India’s precision strikes on Pakistani airbases, with no further talks scheduled between the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of both countries, and India maintaining a pause in Operation Sindoor. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has warned that any disturbance of peace by Pakistan will result in severe repercussions.
