Akash Anand made BSP's chief national coordinator month after return to party

NEW DELHI: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Mayawati has appointed her nephew Akash Anand as the party’s chief national coordinator, following his re-induction into the party after a previous expulsion due to his alleged influence from his father-in-law. The BSP stated that Anand will contribute significantly to strengthening the party. Mayawati had previously given him a chance to return after he publicly acknowledged his mistakes and pledged loyalty to the party’s movement.
