NEW DELHI: Madhya Pradesh minister Kunwar Vijay Shah apologized for his derogatory remarks about Colonel Sofiya Qureshi after the Madhya Pradesh high court condemned his “gutter language” and ordered police to file an FIR against him. In a video statement, Shah expressed shame and regret, emphasizing his respect for Colonel Qureshi and acknowledging his wrong words during a speech referencing “Operation Sindoor.” The court mandated that the FIR be registered by 6 pm, highlighting the seriousness of Shah’s comments regarding the armed forces.
