Action against hostile neighbour is dharma: Mohan Bhagwat

NEW DELHI: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat stated that while non-violence is a core aspect of Indian culture, taking action against hostile neighbors like Pakistan is also “dharma.” He emphasized the need for a king to protect his people, suggesting that in response to terrorism, proactive measures against Pakistan are justified. Bhagwat distinguished between true religious beliefs and moral conduct, asserting that current religious practices have devolved into mere rituals, which he views as insufficient for true dharma.
