BENGALURU: A road-rage incident in east Bengaluru escalated into a language controversy when Indian Air Force Wing Commander Shiladitya Bose claimed he was abused in Kannada and assaulted by a biker, Vikas Kumar. Despite Bose’s video claiming restraint, CCTV footage showed him physically attacking Kumar. The Deputy Commissioner of Police stated that the incident was purely a case of road rage, dismissing any language-related implications, while Kumar insisted he was the victim.
