Social worker assaulted, held 'hostage' by IRCTC pantry staff on Gitanjali Express

Kalyan GRP registered a case against seven IRCTC staffers, including Ranjeet Behera and Suman Karan, under the BNS Act, forwarding the investigation to Badnera GRP. Burman, who was returning from Kolkata, reported the incident to Kalyan GRP, highlighting the need for action against contractors exploiting passengers and ensuring transparency in services.
