Five people, including three Frontier Corps personnel, were killed and 30 others injured in an attack on a paramilitary convoy by suspected Baloch militants in Noshki district, Balochistan. The banned Balochistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack, which involved a suicide bomber ramming an explosive-laden vehicle into the convoy. The blast, of high intensity, resulted in casualties among civilians and soldiers, with 30 paramilitary soldiers being injured and receiving treatment in a hospital.
