Bharat Forge takes a major step towards closing one of India's biggest defence gaps

Bharat Forge is leading India’s defence and aerospace advancements by unveiling its first indigenous UAV engine at Aero India 2025, addressing the crucial gap in jet engine technology within the country. With a focus on self-reliance, the company’s Aerospace Division CEO, Guru Biswal, highlights the importance of developing gas turbine technology locally. Additionally, Bharat Forge is also working on producing landing gear systems, aiming to cater to both commercial and defence aviation needs and bridge key gaps in the industry.
