India-Bangladesh border fencing work going on peacefully in Malda: BSF

The BSF stated that the fencing work at the India-Bangladesh border in Malda district was proceeding peacefully, despite objections raised by the BGB. BSF South Bengal DIG Nilotpal Kumar Pandey confirmed responding to the BGB and dismissed reports of the BGB taking control of a border region, asserting that the status quo remained unchanged and peaceful.
