Taiwan reports seven Chinese military aircrafts, five vessels near its territory

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defence reported the operation of seven Chinese military aircraft and five naval vessels around its territory, with one aircraft crossing the median line into Taiwan’s northern ADIZ. This follows previous reports of five Chinese military aircraft and naval vessels, as well as five PLAN vessels operating around Taiwan. In a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Japanese Foreign Minister Iwaya Takeshi expressed concerns about the situation in the South China Sea and Taiwan, emphasizing the importance of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait.
