Russia's amendments to nuclear doctrine are drawn up, Kremlin says

Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s press secretary, confirmed that changes to Russia’s nuclear doctrine have been drafted and are awaiting formalization, according to TASS state news agency. The new doctrine has already been outlined and will be finalized as required. Peskov’s remarks indicate that the adjustments to Russia’s nuclear strategy are in the final stages of development and will be implemented soon.
