The Indian Coast Guard rescued seven Indian fishermen apprehended by a Pakistan Maritime Security Agency ship near the India-Pakistan Maritime Boundary after a two-hour chase, following a distress call from a fishing boat. The ICG ship intercepted the PMSA ship, persuaded them to release the fishermen, and brought them to shore for further investigation. The dramatic rescue took place after the ICG ship Agrim chased the PMSA ship Nusrat and ensured the safety of the Indian crew members.
