J-K: Encounter between security forces and terrorists underway along LOC in Baramulla

An encounter between security forces and terrorists is ongoing along the Line of Control (LOC) in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, as confirmed by the Indian Army. The joint anti-infiltration operation was launched based on intelligence inputs, resulting in terrorists opening fire on alert troops. Two terrorists were arrested in Poonch district, leading to the solving of multiple grenade attack cases. The arrested individuals aimed to disturb communal harmony in the area. Additionally, a terror-linked individual was apprehended in the Dundak area of the Surankote Sector of Poonch district, with the recovery of four grenades.
