Eleven suspected militants were killed in an encounter with CRPF in Jiribam, Manipur, with two CRPF personnel injured during the heavy exchange of fire at Jakurador Karong. The gunfight broke out after militants torched shops, attacked houses, and a CRPF camp, resulting in five civilians reported missing. Bodies of those killed were taken to Borobekra police station, with one injured CRPF personnel in serious condition.
