Premium Raghu Panicker, CEO of Kaynes SemiCon, is set to oversee the establishment of the fourth outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) plant in India, with a Rs 3,307 crore investment in Sanand, Gujarat. This project was approved by the Cabinet, making it the fifth OSAT plant in the country.
