Premium Raghu Panicker, CEO of Kaynes SemiCon, is set to oversee the establishment of the fourth outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) plant in India, with a Rs 3,307 crore investment in Sanand, Gujarat. This project was approved by the Cabinet, making it the fifth OSAT plant in the country. Panicker discusses their readiness and adherence to guidelines for the chip assembly and packaging unit in an interview with Surajeet Das Gupta.
