1 dead and 8 injured in Istanbul apartment building collapse

At least 1 person has been confirmed dead and 8 others injured after an apartment building collapsed in Istanbul. The collapse occurred in the Kartal district on the Asian side of the city. Rescue crews are working to search for any survivors trapped in the rubble.
